...Ok, ok... I know. I'm a year behind schedule on reading this one. I blame rereading the series, and knowing it was the last one. I savoured it until I needed it.That said... wow.. I'm so happy. I waited for this for years, and I'm thrilled. The war is finally on between the Titans, the Gods, Kronos, and the Demigods. The battle is joined and the prophecy looms large in the back of Percy's head. He's convinced he's the child the Oracle spoke of, but if he is does that mean he has to give up everything he knows and loves? I can't speak too much of this. That gives away the game. I'm just going to say that I waited years for this book, to know how Riordan ended it... and it was mind blowing. I'm so thrilled... beyond thrilled... and I can't wait for The Heroes of Olympus... and The Kane Chronicles, for that matter. I just want more from Riordan, and luckily, I get it. Needless to say...5 out of 5... as if I needed to iterate that.-review courtesy of www.bibliopunkk.net
